MOROCCAN MEATBALLS POT

Today’s blog is about MOROCCAN MEATBALLS
POT recipe
As you will notice in my blog I won’t be
using photoshopped food pictures; why? Because it’s simply not real. I take
realistic pictures with my phone from my kitchen. Sometime you look up a recipe
and find breath taking images but when trying the recipe of course it won’t be
like the pictures and you will be disappointed thinking you are a bad cook.
Anyway let’s get started with our recipe
for today, it’s so easy and simple,
For 5 persons you will need:
- 3 grated tomatoes
- 500 g minced meat(i used beef meat)
- 3 eggs
- Salt/black pepper/coriander powder/paprika/cumin/parsley/olive oil (for these spices there is no measurement it depends on how you like your food to be) added on both tomato sauce and the minced meat.
In
the mean time bring your minced meat and spice it with the same spices and make
it into small balls, when your tomato sauce is ready add the meatballs and mix
gently with the sauce to prevent the meatballs from losing their shape;
I like olives so i always add them if you like them too feel free to
when mixed
cover the pot and leave the meatballs till its cooked. When cooked beat the eggs
and add it without mixing, cover again until the eggs are cooked and ready to
serve with bread.
